Description

First Shots Program mixed with a First Aid Certification! Get a little of both worlds by joining Adaptable Arms and Farr & Associates as we bring you the first in a series of joint efforts. We will provide you with the tools (targets, firearms, ammunition, first aid supplies) that you need to take the course.

All participants successfully completing this course will receive a certificate from Adaptable Arms as well as a $25 gift certificate from the First Shots Program for future use at the Sentinel Training Range. This class is appropriate for families with children. Children over age 12 may be eligible to receive first aid certification. All children participating in courses are the responsibility of the parent and while there is no age restriction on this particular course, the child must be able to follow instructions and not be disruptive to other participants. If you have children under the age of 6 that you would need to bring with you in order to take this course, please reach out to us prior to signing up.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for indoor/outdoor activities including bending, sitting, standing, and light lifting. Closed-toe shoes only. While participating in shooting activities this means shirts with high collars and pants that are appropriate for kneeling, sitting, lying prone on the ground. We recommend wearing a ball cap or wide-brimmed hat during warm months and appropriate winter hat/gloves during cold months for outdoor activities.
