Description
Your class starts with demonstrations on fire starting, fire location selection and best methods for starting a fire using found materials. You will see how to setup a mobile cooking station and be hands-on with helping to prepare the meal. Space is limited to 12 people, and please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We do our best to make this course accessible to those with restrictive diets, however, we must know at least 48 hours before the start of the class so that we can make the necessary recipe and ingredient changes. This class will involve cutting and handling raw foods.
